Three Exercises You Don’t Need Equipment to Do

As you probably already know, exercise is a crucial part of any and all top weighta> loss programs. The only trouble is that it’s kind of cold out right now, which can make it a little bit difficult to get out to the gym as often as family practice physicians recommend.

Luckily, you don’t have to. There are tons of great exercises you can do right at home. Here are just a few to add to your weight loss system.

The Plank.

No, not the weird fad from a few years ago. The exercise plank is one of the best ways to make sure your weight loss system is even, without needed equipment. All you have to do is get in the push-up position, but instead of your putting your weight on your hands with your arms extended, lay on your forearms. Keep your back straight, tighten your core, and hold it for about a minute.

The Squat.

Squats are a must have in any weight loss system’s exercise routine. Stand with yoru feet shoulder-width apart, and squat like you’re to sit down. Once your thighs are parallel to the floor, you can stand back up. This is a great exercise for your weight loss system, as it’s an “easy” way to work your legs and get a bit of cardio in.

The Burpee.

The burpee has been touted as being the ultimate exercise, so why wouldn’t you want it as part of your weight loss system’s routine? To do this full body exercise, drop down on all fours, kick your feet out so you get in a push up position, and then swing your feet back in. Once you’re back to being crouched, jump up. That’s one burpee.
