If you’re overweight, you probably have plenty of reasons why you would like to shed a few pounds and return to a healthier weight. Maintaining a healthy weight makes you less likely to develop serious diseases and can even boost your mood and mental well-being.
But did you know that losing weight can also save you hundreds of dollars?
Believe it or not, but being overweight can end up costing you more money than being at a healthy weight. Here are three ways you’ll spend more money if you’re overweight:
Fast food costs more than eating in
It’s common for people today to assume that eating out at fast food restaurants is cheaper than buying groceries and cooking for yourself. However, the exact opposite is true. These restaurants do need to make a profit, after all. In

Are you a highly sensitive person who is just starting to realize that you are electromagnetically sensitive as well? If you are an empath, another name for people who are highly sensitive, and are noticing negative health effects from wireless technology and electrical pollution, you might find it necessary to limit your electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure.
One way to make sure that you are constantly blocking dangerous EMF rays is by wearing EMF protection jewelry. Like other shielding devices, an EMF protection necklace and other types of EMF protection jewelry, can provide you the comfort of knowing that you are constantly wearing a device to limit your exposure.

Varicose veins and spider veins are some of the most common — and most frustrating — skin-related conditions that adults can face today. These two problems have many different causes, but they also have plenty of treatment options. Let’s take a quick look at some natural varicose vein treatment options:
Varicose veins are swollen, raised blood vessels that are typically found on the legs and may begin to appear during adulthood. Varicose veins are often linked to obesity, a history of blood clotting (usually indicative of high blood pressure and cholesterol levels), skin-related injuries, or even simply genetics. We live in a vain society. We are also a growing society — in girth that is. More than two-thirds of all Americans over age 20 are overweight or obese. More than one-third are obese. We simply did not evolve to be good at weight loss. Think about it, our ancestors didn’t have a Wendy’s down the block, weight loss meant death. We are the beneficiaries of those genes.
That’s why we turn in huge numbers to liposuction and laser liposuction. In 2013, board certified plastic surgeons, dermatologists and
The pediatric urgent care center at Rady Children’s North Coastal urgent care building will be receiving $500,000 courtesy of the Junior Seau Foundation, a report said August 5. The center is located at 3605 Vista Way, and the donation will support the establishment of a full urgent care center.
The center will be named the Junior Seau Foundation Urgent Care Center in the WebMD Pavilion. This announcement comes just a few days prior to Seau being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame posthumously. Seau was from the North County area.
“Junior Seau was dedicated to serving the children of his hometown San Diego,” said Mike Kinkelaar, executive committee director of the foundation. “We are privileged to continue that legacy by advancing Rady Children’s mission to restore, sustain and enh

Medical lasers and laser therapy are real and accessible right in the here and now. These are just a few ways in which medical lasers can help you with a variety of different problems.
Chronic pain – If you’re one of the 1.5 billion people in the world that suffer from chronic pain, laser therapy could be right for you.
