One of the groups of workers in America that suffer from lower back pain most is actually office workers. Most of the time when a person thinks of back pain, they think of heavy lifting, but people who work in offices are also prone to it. Experts say that about 80% of the population will suffer from lower back pain at one point in their lives or another. Here are a few tips for preventing lower back pain in the office.
1. Get out of your chair.
One of the causes of lower back pain is not being active enough, so sitting in a chair all day long can have a huge effect on your back. Make sure to get out of your chair every few hours to stretch and walk around
